From gel removal to fresh set.
Day 1
Gel removal
Nails are bare. This is where the routine starts.
Day 2
STRENGTH coat 1 - NOURISH at night
One thin coat of STRENGTH on bare nails in the morning. One drop of NOURISH before bed.
Day 4
STRENGTH coat 2 - no removal
Layer over coat 1. No removal between applications, the layering is how it works. NOURISH nightly.

Final layer of cycle 1. Three coats on the nail, each building on the last.
Day 7
Remove STRENGTH - rest

Cycle 2 + GLOW begins
Start STRENGTH again. Apply 2 coats of GLOW, wears as a sheer nude while it treats. NOURISH nightly through week 2.
Day 13
Remove STRENGTH - reset

Fresh gel - GLOW as base coat
