Resolution: Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and resolve any issues you may encounter with our products. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: Provided that a. you are within the Warranty Period; b. the problem facing your SUNUV product is covered by this Warranty; and c. the product cannot be repaired via the troubleshooting steps, we will provide a replacement unit of equal or comparable value.
- Refund: In exceptional cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we may (at our sole discretion) offer a refund for the original purchase amount.
