    Push & nip

    Gently push back the cuticle line with the steel pusher. Use the nippers to trim only stray skin, never live cuticle.

    02

    File to shape

    File in one direction (not back-and-forth) until you hit the shape you want. Square, oval, almond, your call.

    Buff & smooth

    Use the medium-grit side of the buffer to smooth the nail plate. Skip the high-shine side if you are doing gel, gel needs grip.

    04

    Wipe & prep

    Wipe the plate clean with prep wipe before you start curing. Oil residue is the most common reason gel lifts early.

    Yes. Every lamp ships with an instruction manual and is designed to be plug-in-and-go. Beginners typically start with SUN9C, SUN1, or SUN2C, or with an all-in-one kit (SUN1 or SUN2C) so they have everything needed for a first manicure in one box.

    Yes. Several lamps have a removable bottom tray that fits feet — SUN1, SUN2C, SUN3, and SUN4S are confirmed pedicure-friendly. Customers asking about pedicures should be steered to one of those models.

    We typically recommend 30 seconds to cure the base coat then 60-90 seconds for curing color gel and the topcoat. Builder gels and harder formulations may require longer cure times. Use your lamp's timer presets.

    Lightly buff the top coat, soak in acetone for 10–15 minutes, then gently push the softened gel away. Never force or peel it.
