If you're having issues with your power cord, please contact our Customer Support team at support@sunuv.com and provide your order number (or a photo of the serial number). Note: We do not offer replacement power cords and have not identified a compatible third-party alternative. Our adapters are specifically designed for SUNUV products. Using non-SUNUV power cords may affect performance and void warranty coverage.

A. It is completely normal for the base coat and color gel polish to be a little sticky after drying - this helps each layer of polish adhere fully and firmly to the nail.
B. Only the top coat will fully cure and dry giving you beautiful, salon quality nails.
C. Our SUNUV nail lamps are designed to cure and dry gel polishes only, not regular nail polish. For regular nail polish, please use a fan or air dry
Curing time varies for each gel polish brand. Look at the recommended curing time for your specific polish and dry accordingly. We advise applying a thin layer of polish and curing each layer for 30 - 60 seconds. Avoid applying gel polish too thick.
Make sure you clean up any gel polish that may have gotten on your skin or cuticles and do not apply your gel polish too thick.
Lightly buff the top coat, soak in acetone for 10–15 minutes, then gently push the softened gel away. Never force or peel it.
Our LEDs cure in short, timed bursts well within recommended exposure limits. Apply SPF on the backs of your hands if you cure frequently.
We typically recommend 30 seconds to cure the base coat then 60-90 seconds for curing color gel and the topcoat. Builder gels and harder formulations may require longer cure times. Use your lamp's timer presets.
