How long before I hear if my account was approved?
It typically takes 5 business days for a member of our team to review and approve your application. If you have not received a response within 10 business days, please email us directly at wholesale@sunuv.com with your business name and the date that you submitted your application.
I applied for a wholesale account and was denied, why?
There are a number of factors that are taken into consideration when approving new wholesale accounts. The factors can include but are not limited to; our discretion, the length of time you have been in business, your location, preferred sales channels, trade references, or other considerations. While we cannot disclose why your account was denied, we welcome you to reapply in six months.
Do you allow reselling on Amazon, Walmart or other e-commerce marketplaces?
We expressly prohibit the resale of SUNUV products on Amazon, Walmart or any other e-commerce marketplaces.
Do you offer product customization or white label options?
