SUNUV Returns Policy

 

What is your returns policy? 

We sincerely hope your SUNUV products bring you continued joy. However, should you find a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a refund or exchange in accordance with the instructions below. 

 

Returns Period  

We will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange upon return of the products, with proof of purchase, if the product was purchased: 

During any time of the year: within 30 days from the date of purchase.  

Between 1 November and 31 December (inclusive): within 60 days of purchase. 

 

Proof of Purchase and Refunds  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and unused. Proof of purchase can be shown by providing your original order confirmation, or your full name, email address and order number. Alternatively, you can provide a bank statement, or if your purchase was recorded against your SUNUV profile, it can be found in our system. 

If your product was a gift, and you do not have a proof of purchase, we would be pleased to coordinate an exchange. 

If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we would be pleased to coordinate an exchange for alternative products up to the value of the original purchase.  

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. An exchange for alternative products can be made up to the value of the original purchase. 

 

Products purchased through Amazon  

We do not accept returns for products purchases from Amazon. We recommend to contact Amazon Customer Service directly via the “Contact Us” page of their website. Note that Amazon has a 30 days returns period.  

 

Product purchased from a third party 

We do not accept returns for products purchased from third-party sellers. For assistance, we recommend that you contact the place of purchase directly. 

 

How do I make a return? 

To request a return, you can submit a contact us form, ensuring to provide your order number or an alternative proof of purchase, and your email address. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team at support@sunuv.com. Please include your proof of purchase, supporting photographs, and your contact details. Upon receipt of a return request, a Customer Support Representative will be in touch with instructions for your return.
